We called Carrie and she came over that night and took a look around and gave us an idea of what she thought we should list it for after doing some comparisons. Giving us realistic costs and timelines. We were selling a less than perfect home in an area that wasn't in high demand, but he gave us a realistic timeframe and selling price for our house, and he nailed it. He was right in the period he estimated, and we got exactly what he expected us to. We were also looking to buy a new home with the proceeds of our old home, and he made the transition so smooth! We closed on both houses on the same day. He was always super easy to get in contact with. We mostly texted or emailed, but always got responses quickly.
